Heavy-duty horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps for mill discharge, cyclone feed, flotation, and tailings transfer, paired with complete assembled Bearing Assembly / Housing units ready for fast drop-in installation.
- Pump Size Range: From 1.5x1" up to 14x12" (4x3 C, 6x4 D, 8x6 E, 10x8 F series with 1:1 dimensional interchangeability).
- Bearing Assembly / Housing: Complete assembled cartridge (cylindrical housing, alloy steel shaft, Timken tapered roller bearings, and labyrinth end seals).
- Shaft Sealing: Dry centrifugal expeller and stuffing box with lantern ring. We do not supply mechanical seals due to severe slurry corrosion and abrasion.
- Interchangeability: 1:1 dimensional fit with standard ANSI flanges and bedplates.
Impellers, Throatbushes & Volutes (High Chrome, Rubber & Polyurethane)
Wet-end wear parts supplied in balanced plant maintenance lots matched to real component wear ratios (for example: 5 Impellers + 5 Throatbushes + 4 Volute Liners) to prevent clearance mismatch and recirculation.
- Available Materials: High Chrome 27% Cr white iron (ASTM A532 ≥650 HB), pressure-vulcanized natural rubber, and mining-grade polyurethane.
- Impellers: Closed 5-vane and wide-passage impellers with back pump-out vanes to relieve stuffing box pressure.
- Throatbushes & Liners: Adjustable suction throatbushes (front clearance take-up), volute liners, and frame plate liner inserts (FPL).
- Shop Balancing: Verified hardness and ISO 1940 G2.5 dynamic balancing in Durango.

Direct-reading mechanical hanging scale to determine pulp specific gravity, sample weight in grams, and percent solids by weight instantaneously without manual tables or calculations.

- 12 Interchangeable Dials: Cover dry mineral specific gravity ranges from SG 1.2 up to SG 7.8.
- Zero Tare Adjustment: Top zeroing knob calibrated with the container filled with 1000 g of clean water.

Slurry Pump Impeller
4 and 5-vane closed impellers engineered with clearing back-vanes to prevent slurry recirculation and relieve stuffing box pressure.
Process Inputs: Slurry specific gravity (SG), solid concentration by weight (Cw %), d80 particle distribution, and operational slurry pH.
Metallurgy Rule: A05 (650+ HB) mandatory for quartz or silica over 35%. Vulcanized natural rubber mandatory for pH under 4.5 or sodium cyanide solutions with fine solids.
Risk Prevented: Prevents accelerated clearing back-vane erosion and premature pressure loss to classification hydrocyclones.Volute Liners, Throatbushes & Liners
Wet-end contact parts (volutes, throatbushes, and back liners) in High Chrome, Rubber, and Polyurethane supplied in balanced wear lots.
Process Inputs: Discharge peripheral velocity (m/s), piping configuration, top particle size (mm).
Metallurgy Rule: Reinforced cutwater thickness. In slurries with oversize rocks over 12 mm avoid rubber; deploy heavy-section High Chrome A05 alloy.
Risk Prevented: Prevents split-casing breakthrough perforation and uncontrolled slurry containment spills in plant sumps.Centrifugal Expeller & Stuffing Box (No Mechanical Seal)
Dry centrifugal sealing via expeller, expeller ring, shaft sleeve, and stuffing box. No mechanical seals used due to corrosive and abrasive mineral slurries.
Process Inputs: Suction pressure (bar / psi), gland flush clean water availability at positive head, and frother chemical content.
Metallurgy Rule: High Chrome A05 centrifugal dynamic expeller when gland flush water is unavailable in sumps; braided PTFE/graphite stuffing box when positive-pressure gland water is available (no mechanical seal).
Risk Prevented: Eliminates shaft sleeve scoring and bearing contamination caused by slurry ingress through the stuffing box.Bearing Assembly / Housing
Complete assembled unit (Bearing Assembly / Housing) with cylindrical barrel, shaft, tapered roller bearings, and labyrinth seals.
Process Inputs: Continuous operating hours per shift, lubrication type (NLGI 2 grease or ISO VG 220 oil bath), and ambient pump room temperature.
Metallurgy Rule: Timken/SKF spherical/taper roller bearings for combined axial thrust. External micrometer screw axial adjustment is mandatory.
Risk Prevented: Prevents catastrophic shaft seizure and permits front impeller clearance adjustment without disconnecting suction piping.Flotation Rotors, Stators & Shafts
Suspended drive assembly with alloy steel shaft, heavy spherical bearings, and high-aeration rotor/disperser mechanism.
Process Inputs: Cell volume (50 to 300 ft3), rotor angular tip speed (RPM), motor installed power, and collector/frother chemistry.
Metallurgy Rule: High-modulus molded rubber rotor and stator disperser over steel cores. Quenched and tempered alloy shaft with double spherical bearings.
Risk Prevented: Prevents drop in air dispersion, short-circuiting, and metallurgical recovery losses from worn disperser fingers.Filter Cloths & Polypropylene Plates
Laser-cut mono/multifilament polypropylene cloths with heat-sealed borders and heavy-duty recessed chamber plates.
Process Inputs: Plate dimensions (800x800 to 1500x1500 mm), slurry pH, operating slurry temperature (°C), and required cloth permeability (L/dm2/min).
Metallurgy Rule: Monofilament polypropylene cloths with heat-sealed borders for abrasive tailings; multifilament weave for fine flotation concentrates.
Risk Prevented: Prevents premature cloth blinding, filtrate turbidity leaks, and peripheral plate edge weeping.Certified ASTM E11 / ISO 3310 Test Sieves & Sieve Shakers
Certified full-height and half-height test sieves with seamless drawn brass or stainless frames, precision tensioned wire cloth, mechanical sieve shakers, and sample splitters.
Process Inputs: Target P80 grind size (microns), sieving method (wet or dry screening), and sieve shaker column diameter (8 or 12 inches).
Metallurgy Rule: Full Stainless Steel frame and mesh mandatory for wet screening and fine meshes (#200 to #635 / 20 microns) to prevent corrosion and sag; Brass available for dry screening.
